Elizabeth Bennet

Elizabeth Bennet is an Irish artist based in Limerick city. Elizabeth
graduated in 2020 with a Ba Hons Fine Art Painting from Limerick
school of art and design.

Elizabeth is a figurative painter. Her practice involves studying
people in their spaces, through drawing, painting and photography.
Elizabeth re creates the space and re imagines the atmosphere through
soft gestural strokes. Elizabeth attempts to identify certain emotions
and feelings within a space and magnifies these feelings through her
use of light and colour within her paintings.

These paintings are then visual analysis of the energy and feelings
that circulated the room of the participants.

Elizabeth often uses bright colours mixed with muted tones to create a
highly saturated image. Which makes the image seem loud or obnoxious.
